A chef of the sea.

“I cook the way I was raised — slowly, with the windows open and the sea outside.”

I grew up in Málaga and left young, sailing the world aboard private yachts as chef, hostess and quiet keeper of the kitchen. The galley taught me to listen — to ingredients, to weather, to the people I cooked for.

Along the way I trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Basque Culinary Center, lived in Bali long enough to qualify as a yoga teacher, and learned that cooking and breathing are the same act of attention.

Today, Healthy Coconut is the studio that holds all of it — private chef nights, slow workshops, yacht consulting, and quiet retreats — under one Mediterranean roof.
